When traveling, please be aware that restrictions and regulations concerning handcuffs may vary from country to country. You may wish to contact the weapons and firearms department of specific countries before travel.
Handcuffs, "police-grade" or otherwise, may be restricted or controlled during air travel. Though United States Homeland Security does not currently list handcuffs on its "restricted" list, it is up to the discretion of airport security as to whether they will be confiscated or required to check. Cuffz Inc. recommends that you check your Cuffz bags with your luggage in order to avoid problems with security.

Cuffz is happy to ship orders world-wide, however please be aware of your country's customs restrictions prior to placing your order. Customs confiscation, detaining, or refusal of Cuffz products are not the responsibility of Cuffz Inc.
UPS Shipping is not available to PO Boxes. Please contact us at sales@cuffzbylinz.com to request a different form of shipping for PO Boxes.
All orders usually ship out within 48 hours. In many instances, orders placed before 10AM PST will be shipped out the same day. Shipping times are guaranteed solely by the shipping company. If shipping takes longer than guaranteed , the cost of shipping may be refunded within 10 days of the delivery date. Please be advised that international shipping may be delayed by US customs and/or foreign customs.
All international shipments may be subject to duty, tax, and/or customs brokerage fees. All fees will be charged at the time of delivery and are the responsibility of the customer. Shipments to Canada and Mexico will be protected under NAFTA and will be charged lower duty fees or in most cases, no duty fees at all.

Cuffz Inc. gladly accepts returns or exchanges on unused items within 30 days of receipt of the item. Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were shipped. Refunds will not be issued for worn or customer damaged items. All "sale" items are final sale. Please be advised: the customer is responsible for shipping charges on all items returned for reasons other than product defect or error in shipment.
Cuffz Inc. is responsible for all shipping charges in the case of defective merchandise or error on the part of our company. In these cases, please contact sales@cuffzbylinz.com for return information.

As with all fine leather products, all shade and grain variations in our bags are characteristic of the skin, and should not be considered flaws or imperfections. Every hide and skin has sections that are inherently wrinkled, softer or thinner than other parts. This is because nature's creations are never uniform, and these qualities impart a natural beauty and uniqueness to each individual bag.
Leather ages gracefully, it will wear beautifully over time with proper care:
- Leather can be treated with a conditioner to restore flexibility while suede can be brushed with a terry towel to restore its look.
- Stuffing empty handbags with tissue or paper will help retain it's shape in storage.
- Never store your handbags in plastic or non-breathable containers - this will cause the leather to dry out.
- Should your bag get wet or damp, allow the leather to air-dry naturally. Do not attempt to dry it out using a heat source.
- In winter, promptly remove salt deposits from leather by sponging lightly with clean water, then follow with the above treatment for wet or damp leather.
- Avoid very humid and dry environments as well as direct sunlight.
CUFFZ recommends taking your bags to a professional leather cleaner whenever possible, however, following the above guidelines will help you keep your bag looking fabulous at home.

Please be aware: due to unavoidable production irregularities, some of our handcuffs will bear a serial number engraved into the latch-arm of the handcuff, some will not. With or without the serial number, the handcuffs are still authentic "Cuffz" handcuffs. Also, there may be variations in plating on each of the handcuffs, chain, and handcuff logos. It is also common for handcuffs to have or to develop scratches on their surfaces with regular use - um, they're handcuffs! It's cool.
